The owner not only perfectly picked out and modified a bike for my 8 year old but asked me if i would also like my other kids bikes tuned up and sized...At no additional cost. He also helped me search out a better hitch and bike carrier for our SUV. Other customers where treated the same. The owner's older kids were helping out in the repair shop. I haven't seen this type of vibe for years. If this shop doesn't make you want to buy local and support small business then nothing will. Thank you Bucephalus! We will always be back :)
Alex and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Also great that they have some early hours in case you have a problem before a morning ride.
