I miss him.

My synagogue, I think. Just across the street, not more than 150 feet, but lately it seems much further than it was. Our Rabbi, well my Rabbi, was ... what? Forced to leave? Disappeared? I really valued having a leader that really thought about issues, even when his ideas were different than mine, especially when they were different. How else do we learn, grow, evolve.
