I loved the beach it had trails you could walk, jog,ride, your bike, or enjoy the sun lieing on the beach plenty of shade on the trail along with benches to sit in the shade and enjoy the constant breeze while you are walking.
Great place for walking, feeding ducks and taking kids to the playground.

Overall a great park, but as of the summer of 2017 the tennis courts are LONG OVERDUE for resurfacing!! Hoping the Park District can get that done.
